Enter the user(s) for which you you want to apply this function. You can enter multiple users by separating them by semicolons or new line. The full user ID is to be specified, using wildcards for notations like 'XYZ*' is not possible.
In the "Copy user" function you can enter an asterisk (*) for selecting all users.
In most functions you will find a button 
near to the input field which allows you a selection of users from the addressed SAP client.
